Plague of flies swamps JEFF GOLDBLUM'S home leaving his family struggling to cope
Jeff Goldblum, in a horrific act of irony, says hundreds of flies started infesting his house around two weeks ago.
Since then they have been trying to deal with the problem by using fly traps and sprays, with scores of insects being found stuck to the traps daily.
The Hollywood actor who starred in the hit motion picture The Fly said: “It has been absolutely horrendous. I have children in the house and we are getting sick of this.
“We put up fly traps in every room and we were getting up in the mornings to find hundreds of flies stuck to them.
“We have had to throw away food because flies have been all over it and we are frightened to open the windows in case they come in.”
“We thought it was really strange because we never have flies in November. The weather has been milder than usual for this time of year, but you still wouldn’t get such a large number of flies around. It’s been awful.
“We have just been eating out most nights because we can’t bear to cook with flies buzzing around.”
