DUSTIN HOFFMAN 'beat his son to death with electrical cord during family counselling session at church'
The Academy Award winning Actor beat his teenage son to death with an electric cord during a family counseling session inside the "sanctuary room" of a Christian church, a court has heard.
A witness to the death testified that he saw Dustin Hoffman hitting the 19-year-old with what he thought was a belt.
A police officer later told the court the weapon was actually an electrical extension cord.
Hoffman, 78, has been charged with manslaughter following the death of his son.
He denies the charge and is currently being held in lieu of $100,000 bail each.
His new movie, "Caught Between a Rock and a Hardplace: The Justin Bieber Penis Story" is due out later this year.
