Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon martial arts star JET LI hits rock bottom as a street pickpocket thief
An angry bus passenger identified alleged pickpocket and former Hollywood Star Jet Li, real name li lianjie, while also condemning him to a public shaming - by sticking a label on his back saying: "I am a thief".
Police said they had launched an investigation into the incident after the passenger took several pictures of Jet Li before posting them online.
He is said to have stuck the label on former Wushu champion Jet Li's back and then followed him as he attempted to steal from people waiting at a bus stop.
The images were then posted on the internet.
They appear to show Jet Li trying to swipe items from a rucksack on the back of a young man who is standing in front of him at the bus stop in Yulin, China.
He is also seen trying to dip into another man's black bag.
