PHIL COLLINS breaks neck at Trampoline park
A trampoline park has been forced to close after customers suffered 100 accidents in just three weeks.
Those injured at the trampoline park have signed a 1200-word waiver, but this is unlikely to affect their rights if they decide to seek compensation.
Phil Collins, 64, broke his neck at the 10,000sq ft centre on February 7.
His wife Claire, 39, who is seven months pregnant, said: “He was lying motionless and face down on the trampoline.
"The doctors at the hospital said he was lucky not to be paralysed as he shouldn’t have been moved.”
The trampoline park posted a message on Facebook telling customers they are currently closed.
