Three children were in the playpen around 3:20 p.m. Monday in South Glens Falls when it was swept airborne, knocking a 10-year-old girl out and sending the two boys 50 feet into the air. The 5- and 6-year-old boys each had serious injuries after falling: one tumbled onto a parked car and broke both arms while another smashed into the street, suffering a traumatic brain injury.
